  • Brita Osmundsvaag Formato

    Chief Executive Officer

    Brita is an energy industry veteran having twenty five years experience working in oil, gas, utilities, EVs and renewables for Equinor, ExxonMobil and Duke Energy. A native of Norway, Brita earned an MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University in New York, N.Y., and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL.

  • Vin Loccisano

    Chief Operating Officer

    Vin spent the last twenty years working within the energy sector. During that time he has transitioned from leading a $1B oil and gas business at Schlumberger to the founder of multiple renewable energy companies. His career spans multiple international deployments in a variety of management roles. Vin holds Engineering degrees from Lehigh University, a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management.

  • Dave Forbes

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Dave spent the majority of his career in alternative assets, before moving into ClimateTech. He has experience in a FX/Futures hedge fund, venture capital, and private equity - most recently at Caltius Capital and Shenzhen Valley Ventures. Dave also served as COO of microwind turbine producer Halo Energy. He holds a BA from Fordham University, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

    Andy Myers, PhD, PE

    Co-Founder

    Andy is an Associate Professor and Associate Chair - Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Northeastern University. He started T-Omega with the vision to create a more affordable and accessible offshore wind turbine solution. Andy holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University

  • Jim Papadopoulos, PhD, PE

    Co-Founder

    Jim is an accomplished engineer and innovator with several patents. Jim earned a Bachelor's and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, a Masters of Science degree in Mechanics at Johns Hopkins, and did post-doctoral work at Cornell University.
